The CR Collapsible Power Reel is used for rapidly stringing or taking up wire or small diameter cable... The lanyard or Lasher pulling rope snap hook connects to the ring on the towing bridle for pulling a Lasher from ground level. A loop is spliced to one end of the 35 X 3/8" foot lanyard and a forged hook with safety snap is on the other.
