The Fleeter replaces the manual method of “figure eighting” cable, and provides protection and security for the cable.
Following installation of the cable in the first leg of the duct route the balance of the cable is removed from the drum and fed into the “Fleeter”, thereby releasing the cable end ready for blowing into the second leg.
The Fleeter provides a smooth and simple system while ensuring cable protection from pedestrians or vehicles and prevents contamination from mud, soil or dust.
The Fleeter is designed to work in conjunction with the Cable Blowing Machine, which provides the cable feed in and out of the “Fleeter”.
The unit accepts 10,000 ft (3,000 meters) of 1/2" (13mm) cable, allowing drum lengths of 20,000 ft. (6,000 meters) to be utilized.
The Fleeter consists of a road going trailer chassis on which is mounted a cable storage cassette, rotating cable guide quadrant and duct clamp assembly.

The Air Compressor is designed specifically for use with our Micro Fiber Cable Blowing Machines. This reliable & efficient screw compressor, powered by a gasoline engine, provides a maximum working pressure of 220 psi (15 bar) with 35.3cfm (1000 litres/m) flow.
The compressor is modified to include an after-cooler and water separator. The output air is filtered and conditioned to optimize the performance of our micro fiber cable blowing machines. The compressor package includes a 50 foot 3/4" diameter air hose for connection to the microfiber cable blowing machine.

GMP89009 AIR COMPRESSOR AFTER COOLER
The Compressor Aftercooler has been designed to cool compressed air and remove water droplets prior to entering a GMP Tornado Cable Blowing Machine. The cooler unit is mounted on a tubular steel frame and is complete with pneumatic wheels and transit handle for easy maneuverability.
An air driven motor impeller forces cooling air through the Compressor Aftercooler and reduces the temperature of the compressed air by approximately 18º Fahrenheit (10º centigrade). The air motor is driven by compressed air taken from the down stream side of the water separator and passes through a filter-regulator-lubricator assembly prior to entering the air motor.
The Compressor Aftercooler is fitted with cam action quick release air hose couplings for easy fitting to interconnection air hoses normally supplied by GMP Products with a Tornado Cable Blowing Machine.
Waste oil/water mixtures are collected in a frame mounted drain can for environmentally acceptable disposal.
The water separator protector bar doubles as a carry handle to assist with moving over soft terrain or loading into a vehicle.

Designed to be safe, fast and effective, even on tough terrain, the "Tornado" cable blowing machine will move fiber optic cable of 0.23 to 1.25 in. (5.84-32 mm) diameter at speeds to 300 ft./min. (90 m/min.) into pre-installed innerduct or direct-buried duct. It can accommodate innerduct from .47 to 2.48 in. (12-63 mm). A conversion kit allows the Tornado to place 12.7/10mm, 12/10mm or 10/8mm micro duct into the innerduct.
Comprised of an aluminum air box and cable pusher, the "Tornado" uses compressed air to install the cable with or without a missile. In operation, the hydraulically powered, caterpillar belt drive system controls the fiber optic cable as it is propelled by compressed air into the duct. An electronic monitoring system provides read-outs of speed and distance, protects cable against duct obstructions, and includes an emergency stop facility.
The air box and cable pusher are mounted on a lightweight, tubular-steel frame that can be tilted at a 30-degree angle to the manhole, which minimizes significantly any bending of the innerduct and cable. The frame has height adjustment to permit ease of maneuverability, and adjustable rear legs that provide added stability on uneven terrain.
