The Fluke Networks TS30 telephone test set, available with various line cord connectors to suit specific applications, detects dial tone and polarity; places and receives calls; monitors lines without disrupting service; and retains one 23-digit redial number for about eight minutes. It provides tone or pulse operation. A pair of LEDs on the front of the unit indicates line polarity when off hook. The test set passes a 20-foot (6 m) drop test and is Ingress Protection certified IP54 for protection against dust and splashed water. The keypad has 12 standard dialing keys including star and pound, and function keys to mute, check polarity, redial a number, and pause for accessing a second dial tone when dialing through a PBX (private branch exchange). A two-position switch allows selection of monitor mode for high-impedance monitoring without disrupting service, and talk mode for dialing and talking. The test set is made of high-impact polycarbonate that provides excellent insulating properties. Its contoured hand grip rests on the shoulder to enable hands-free operation. A spring-loaded belt clip at the base of the unit provides a secure hold on belt loops and D-rings. Additionally includes various environmental operating conditions. Telephone test sets, also called butt sets, are used by telecom technicians to troubleshoot and maintain copper-wire voice-subscriber lines.Specifications: Line Current range - 15 to 120 mADC resistance ( talk mode) - 270 (typically) out 20 mA Monitor mode impedance - 120 K , 300 - 3400 KHZRotary dial pulse rate - 10 + or - 1 pulse per second DTMF ( dual-tone multi frequency) + or - 1.5% maximumVoltage protection - 250 VRMS across the test leads Memory Capacity - One 23 digit redial # shared line power Dimensions - 25.5 X 7.2 X 8.5CM/10 X 2.83 X 3.34"
The Pro3000 Tone and Probe Series provides clear and precise tracing of communication cabling. The innovative filtered probe obstructs signal interference present in the environment (caused by power cables and lighting) when listening for tone. The probe’s powerful speaker makes tracing cables through drywall, wood or other enclosures quick and easy.Pro3000 Analog Toner Specifications:
The MicroMapper quickly and easily tests twisted pair cabling, giving you visibility of opens, shorts, crossed, reversed and split pairs. Just push the TEST button and MicroMapper will automatically scan all wire pairs for any existing faults in your cable. MicroMapper's built-in tone generator works with the IntelliTone Probe or any other analog probe, allowing you to trace cable through walls, floors, and ceilings. The MicroMapper also includes a remote unit that allows one person to test installed cabling or patch cords.
Fluke Network TS19 19800009 Telephone Test Set The Fluke Networks TS19 Test Set combines all the essential test set features at an affordable price. This test set was specifically designed for in-house telecom technicians. Its high impedance monitor prevents accidental disruption of service from clipping onto a data line while in monitor mode, thus ensuring the integrity of critical data lines. Features such as tone (DTMF) or pulse operation, talk/monitor capabilities, polarity test button and last number redial make this test set the perfect combination of features and price.Specifications: Loop Limit: 2.4 KO Maximum at 48 VDC (nominal 15 mA minimum loop current) DC Resistance ( Talk Mode) : 150 O typical at 80 MA current AC Impedance ( Monitor Mode) : Low Impedance (ring position) 600 at 1 KHzRotary Dial Output: 10 pps. 5 ppsPulsing Rate: 60% + 2% Percent Break: 800 ms typical Interdigit Internal Leakage during break: 50 KODTMF Output: +1% maximum Tone Frequency Error Level per tone pair: dbm maximum - dbm maximum High versus low tone difference: 4 db maximum Length: 8.75" (22.2cm) Width: 2.375" (6.03cm) Height: 3.375" (8.57cm) Features: The LED indicates polarity The red lights if the red test lead is connected to the tip (positive) side and black test lead is connected to the ring (negative) side. Voltage Tester The Fluke Networks® C9970 High Voltage Detector detects AC and DC voltages through a long-life carbide tip. Protect yourself and other technicians by using this simple device to test conductive objects within minutes, you can avoid exposure to high voltage electrical shock. It only requires interaction with a source of energy and a pull of the trigger to use. A green LED indicates the area is free of hazardous voltage. If a red LED flashes, hazardous voltage is present. Low-voltage threshold is 50 V AC RMS and up or 6 V DC and up. High-voltage protection is up to 20,000 V AC RMS or 2000 V DC.
Trace wire paths and identify coax and twisted cables in common wiring
systems with Klein Tools TONEcube & amp; PROBEplus cable tracing

Klein Tools CL800 is an automatically ranging true root mean squared
(TRMS) digital clamp-meter that measures AC/DC voltage, resistance,
continuity, frequency, capacitance, and tests diodes via test-leads, and
temperature via a thermocouple probe. It also features a Low Impedance
(LoZ) mode for identifying and eliminating ghost or stray voltages.
Klein Tools’ Test and Measurement product line was exclusively designed
from the ground up by electricians for electricians. Years of field
research, combined with extensive input from electricians across
America, inspired the development of meters and electrical testers
loaded with innovative, time-saving features.
