The Cable Messenger Hanger is press forge from 1/2 x 2" and used on corner and straight runs installation.
• Two 1/2” high carbon steel track bolts clamp the strand
• Mounting holes are 9/16” and 11/16” in diameter for a 1/2” lag screw and 5/8” through bolt

• Used in drop cable installations as an attachment to the strand for either accepting the bail of drop wire clamps, or for wrapping the support wire of drop cable.
  
• Consists of high strength Aluminum jaws, and a specially shaped bolt with square nut.
  
• Jaws are extruded from 6063-T6 aluminum.
  
• Bolt and nut are formed from Grade 2 steel.
  
• Bolt and nut are hot dip galvanized to meet ASTM Specification A153, Class B3.
  
• Bolt is 3/8" diameter for additional strength.
  
• Attaches to strand sizes ranging from 1/4" (6.6M) to 3/8" (10M).

This clamp incorporates serpentine grooves in the two mating clamp sections to provide superior holding strength of insulated messenger wire. Can be used for tangent construction or angles to 30 degrees. Designed for use with .250 inch insulated figure 8 messenger. Clamps are supplied with two track bolt assemblies and a center mounting hole.

The PA292X is used on .109 inch to .134 inch bare or insulated messenger wire. The hook serves as a safety device and can be used in the stringing of the cable. The clamp sections and hook accommodate a 5/8-inch diameter pole mounting bolt. The clamp surface length is 1-3/4-inches.
