How do I return an item?


Please contact customer service at 800-256-5186 for information on returning an item.
There is a 30% restocking fee on returns.

RETURNS: All returns must be pre-approved and have a completed RMA form along with an order receipt or proof of purchase. There is a 30% restocking fee on returns. You have 30 calendar days to return any items from the date it was purchased. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

REFUNDS: All returns must have a completed RMA form along with an order receipt sent to team@aaerial.com. Once your RMA is approved, please return product in its original packing. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. A credit toward your account will be issued or a check will be sent in a reasonable amount of time after arrival and inspection of the item.

Important Disclaimer Notice!! During this time of COVID, A-Aerial cannot guarantee any freight delivery time frames. All of the ground and freight carriers will not offer any guarantees, refunds, or credits for late deliveries. More importantly, please be aware that a good portion of all deliveries are arriving late and the freight companies are claiming a "National Emergency" as the reason for the delays. We are very sorry about this situation, but A-Aerial cannot offer any refunds for late deliveries.
