Voltage Tester The Fluke Networks® C9973 High Voltage Detector detects AC and DC voltages through a long-life carbide tip. It only requires interaction with a source of energy and a pull of the trigger to use. A green LED indicates the area is free of hazardous voltage. If a red LED flashes, hazardous voltage is present. Low-voltage threshold is 50 V AC RMS and up or 6 V DC and up. High-voltage protection is up to 20,000 V AC RMS or 2000 V DC.
